Evelyn Garcia

Meet Evelyn Garcia, a dynamic entrepreneur and real estate professional who serves as the CEO of Anchor Light Properties, LLC DBA Anchor Light TC. With a strong educational foundation including degrees in both Business and Accounting, Evelyn brings a comprehensive understanding of business operations and financial management to her role.

Her journey in real estate began with managing one of NYC’s top Self Service Storage facilities, where she honed her leadership and operational skills. Inspired by her father, a contractor who redeveloped buildings in NYC, Evelyn developed a passion for real estate from an early age, watching him transform properties throughout the city.

In 2018, Evelyn embarked on her real estate investment journey by founding ECG Properties, LLC, successfully completing her first fix and flip project. Building on this success, she established Anchor Light Properties, LLC as an acquisition company. Recognizing a crucial need in the market, she later expanded her services under the DBA Anchor Light TC, focusing on Transaction Coordination to help fellow investors streamline their closing processes.

Today, Evelyn combines her business acumen, real estate expertise, and commitment to excellence to lead Anchor Light TC in providing top-tier transaction coordination services to real estate investors nationwide.

Jazmine Pimentel

Meet Jazmine Pimentel! Jazmine is from San Diego, California and began her working career in Social Work after attaining a double Bachelors Degree in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine.

Jazmine transitioned her career into the energy infrastructure field, working with natural gas pipelines. Starting a new career was not an easy feat for Jazmine. She sacrificed her Social Work career to better assist her family in a time of need. She learned that though life may not always lay a perfect path for you, faith and strength will empower you with the tools you need to endure the unexpected.

With those same tools of faith and strength, Jazmine decided to step into real estate investing. Since 2020, she has built experience with completing her own fix and flip project, purchased a buy and hold property, became a private money lender, and most recently began her new venture in transaction coordination.

Giving back is second nature to Jazmine. With the wide array of experiences throughout her working career, she is just the person who can understand what you need and assist you with your goals!
